1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any product.

2. Purchaser representations & warranties

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you:

• are at least 18 years of age;
• are a qualified researcher, scientist, licensed professional, or institution acquiring products for legitimate research;
• will use the products exclusively for laboratory research and in vitro study — not for personal use, human consumption, animal administration, or resale to consumers;
• have the legal authority to purchase and possess these compounds in your jurisdiction, and that they are not prohibited or restricted where you are; and
• will comply with all applicable laws and assume full responsibility for the lawful use of anything you order.

3. Prohibited uses

You may not use any product for:

• human consumption;
• administration to animals;
• any non-research application;
• resale to consumers for non-research purposes; or
• any unlawful purpose.

4. No warranties

Products are sold “as is”for research use only, with no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party Certificates of Analysis confirm a lot's identity and purity at the time of testing; they are not guarantees of stability, performance, or suitability for your specific research.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pacific Method is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product at issue.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pacific Method LLC, its members, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the products or your violation of these terms.

7. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [County] County, California.

8. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site or placing of orders after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

• Research acknowledgment — your confirmation that purchases are for research use only.
• Communications — emails and messages you send us.
• Website usage — basic analytics such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, where applicable.

Payment information: we do not process credit cards on this site. Payment is made directly through Zelle, Venmo, or cryptocurrency, so we do not collect or store your card or bank credentials — only the payment confirmation you choose to send us.

How we use it

• to process and fulfill your orders;
• to communicate with you about orders and products;
• to maintain records required for compliance;
• to send research-focused updates (you can opt out anytime); and
• to improve the website and our service.

Your rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion (subject to records we must retain for legal and compliance reasons). Data sharing & security

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with shipping carriers (to deliver your order), our email provider (if you opt into updates), and where required by law. Because these are research materials, all sales are final unless an order arrives damaged, mislabeled, or does not match what you ordered.

Eligible returns

• product visibly damaged in transit;
• product mislabeled or not matching the ordered compound (verified by lot number and COA); or
• an order that was never delivered (confirmed with the carrier).

How to request

Contact pacificmethodresearch@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. We'll respond within 2 business days. Returns sent without prior authorization are not accepted.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first with any concern — we'll work to resolve it. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation and may result in permanent account termination.

Where we ship

Pacific Method ships to U.S. domestic addresses only. International orders are not accepted at this time. Regulations vary by jurisdiction, and you are responsible for verifying that a compound is legal where you are; orders to restricted areas may be cancelled and refunded.

Rates & processing

• Flat-rate domestic shipping of $15.00; orders over $150 ship free.
• Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.
• Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination.

Research documentation

For certain compounds or higher-volume orders, we may request documentation of your research context and reserve the right to do so before fulfilling an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Pacific Method, and you confirm that you are legally authorized to buy and possess these compounds in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request verification documentation, and orders that cannot be verified are subject to cancellation.
